Return & exchange

You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. For those of you who shopped during the period 31/10 - 24/12-21, we offer an extended right of return until 31/1-22. 

In order for your return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

* The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

* The product should be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.

* The product must not be custom made with personalization

Please also note:

* The products cannot be exchanged at our retailers.

* That you as a customer pay the return cost.

* We do not accept returns on gift cards.

The right of return or exchange does not apply to products that have been produced with special requirements of the customer or which are clearly tailored to the personal wishes of the customer (e.g. products with a customized variation or print, such as personalization).

This customized item is produced on individual customer requests and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Register your return

To return products in your order, register your return via our return portal and follow the instructions there. When registering your return, you will receive information on how and where to send your return.

Shipping note (Fraktsedel)


When you register your return, you can choose whether you want to arrange return shipping on your own or buy a return note from Reyrr Athletics .

If you choose to buy return shipping from us, a pdf file with a QR code will be sent to your e-mail. You show the QR code to your postal agent who prints the consignment note for you. When we process the refund for your return, the cost of the return slip (SEK 59) will be deducted from your refund.

We will contact you via e-mail as soon as we have processed your return. Please keep an eye on your junk mail as well. Depending on the country of dispatch and postal service, it usually takes 7-14 days for us to receive and handle your return.

If you have not heard from us within 3 weeks, please contact us.

For invoices with Klarna, to avoid reminder fees, we recommend that you pause your invoice until we handle your return. You can do this yourself in the Klarna app or contact them so they can help you. You can reach them via chat and email here. 

If not possible to pause the invoice, please pay the invoice and we will refund you once we have received and approved your return.

ou will receive an automated email when your return is handled and approved.  If you have not heard from us within 3 weeks of your return, please contact us.

After we have approved the return, it usually takes 1-5 business days for the money to be refunded to your account. The money automatically goes back to the account used for payment. If you paid with a gift card, the money will be refunded to the gift card.

If you return a product for a refund, please note that we will refund the paid price. If you received a promotional price, the discounted price will be refunded. If you used a discount code that required you to order for a certain amount, we reserve the right to deny you the discount code if the amount after returning your items is lower than the one required.
