To ensure the best fit, please measure carefully using a cloth or pliable tape measure. Stand at attention with relaxed shoulders, then place the zero end of the tape measure on the outer edge of the ball joint of one shoulder and span the tape measure straight across your back to the outer edge of the opposite shoulder. Your measurement in inches will correlate to a shoulder pad size on the chart below:
- Small: 17 – 18
- Medium: 18 – 19
- Large: 19 – 20
- X-Large: 20 – 21
- XX-Large: 21 – 22
- XXX-Large: 22 – 23
For example, if your shoulder measurement is 21 inches, you should wear a size XL pad. If you have a muscular build, a size 2X might be a better fit.
