• Do these come with back plates?

  Most don't. Back plates are sold separately. We recommend pairing every pad with one for spine protection on contact.

• How do I size shoulder pads?

  Measure your chest at the widest point (under the armpits, over the nipples). That measurement maps to the size chart on each product page. If between sizes, size up for lineman positions, size down for skill positions.

• Lineman vs skill pads, what changes?

  Lineman pads are wider in the chest and shoulders, with more rib coverage and reinforced caps. Skill pads are narrower and lighter, designed for mobility. Universal / all-purpose sit in the middle.

• Can I return shoulder pads?

  Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with original packaging intact.
