We want you to be completely satisfied with your Reyrr purchase. If an item isn't the right fit, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or an exchange.

To ensure a smooth and easy process, all returns and exchanges must be registered through our official returns portal.

Return Shipping & Locations

Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • All returns from Spain will be sent to our facility in Barcelona, Spain.

  • Returns from all other countries within the EU will be sent to our facility in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our returns portal will automatically generate the correct shipping address for you once you register your return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, resalable condition. This means:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and labels are still attached.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

Trying On Items You are welcome to try on items at home to ensure they meet your expectations—just as you would in a fitting room. However, please be mindful not to wear them for activities or handle them in a way that affects their condition.

Partial Refunds (Depreciation) If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold (e.g., it has been used, washed, or is missing tags), a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the loss in value.

Our returns portal will provide the exact shipping address for your return. For your reference:

  • Returns from Spain are sent to our facility in Barcelona.

Items must be in a clean, resalable condition. This means they should be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact. You can certainly try items on for size at home!

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable.

If the quality of an item has been affected because it has been used, washed, or handled beyond what's necessary for trying it on, we will make a deduction from your refund to reflect its diminished value.
