Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a clear and fair return process. Below, we outline our policy including the timeframe for returns, conditions for eligibility, how to initiate a return, exceptions for certain products, exchange procedures, the European Union “cooling off” rule, and our refund timeline.

 

Return Eligibility and Process

14-Day Return Period: We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return . If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return.


Item Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it – this means unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging . You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to verify the order .


How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@reyrr.se with your order details. Our customer service will confirm your return request and provide further instructions. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ship the item back to the provided returns address using the label and instructions we give you.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without authorization will not be accepted , so be sure to reach out to us before mailing your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right . Prompt reporting of any problems helps us resolve them quickly – whether that means replacing the product or issuing a refund for a damaged/incorrect item.

 

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature or safety reasons . We do NOT accept returns on:

Perishable goods – e.g. food, flowers, or plants (these items spoil or expire quickly)

Custom products – e.g. special orders or personalized items made just for you

Personal care goods – e.g. open beauty or hygiene products (for health and safety)

Hazardous materials – including flammable liquids or gases (restricted by shipping regulations)

Sale or clearance items – items marked “final sale” or on clearance cannot be returned

Gift cards – gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash

If you are unsure whether your item falls into a non-returnable category, please get in touch with us to clarify before initiating a return . We are happy to answer any questions or concerns about your specific item.


 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges (swapping one item for another) because our inventory moves quickly. The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order for the desired item and return the item you have following the process above . Once your return is accepted and processed, we will issue your refund, and meanwhile you can get the new item on its way. This two-step process ensures you receive the replacement item as soon as possible.


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

This section applies to orders shipped to the European Union. EU consumer law provides a 14-day “cooling-off” period in which you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification . If your purchase is being delivered to an EU address, you may exercise this right. As with our standard policy, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging) and you should include the receipt or proof of purchase .

Note: Certain exceptions under EU law may apply (for example, the cooling-off period does not apply to perishable or personalized goods, among others ), but in general, most consumer goods are covered. If you choose to invoke this EU cancellation right, please contact us to initiate the return, and we will guide you through the process.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved. We will notify you via email as soon as this inspection is complete and a decision is made. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their side. Typically, once approved, we will issue the refund within about 10 business days . You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.


If your refund is approved but you haven’t received the credit after 15 business days, please reach out to us at info@reyrr.se for assistance . Occasionally, banking and credit card processing times can cause delays, but we will help investigate any issues. Rest assured that if you are owed a refund, we will make sure it is successfully returned to you.
