Dispute Resolution

If you are not happy with how we have handled a complaint, contact us first at info@reyrr.se and we will do our best to resolve it directly.

If we cannot reach an agreement, consumers in Sweden can refer the matter free of charge to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN’s recommendations.

Consumers resident in another EU or EEA country can get free assistance with a cross-border complaint from the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in their own country. In Sweden this is Konsument Europa, part of the Swedish Consumer Agency.
