What do I need to bring?

When you collect your order you only need your order number and the name the order was placed under. Showing the order confirmation on your phone is enough. No ID needed.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. They just need to show your order number and the name the order was placed under.

Try on or swap sizes at pickup

In many cases you can try on or swap sizes when you collect your order. This is especially useful for products where fit is harder online, such as:

How long do we hold your order?

We normally hold pickup orders for 3 business days from when your order is ready. Need more time? Contact us and we will sort it out in most cases. If the order is not collected and we cannot reach you, we may ship it to you or refund it by agreement.
